- Corporate training / RFQ forms: full name, email address, phone number, company name, department, job title, number of participants, preferred training timeline, training objectives, and budget range.
- Brochure download requests: full name, email address, and company name.
- Newsletter subscriptions: email address and name.
- Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited (via Google Analytics).
3. How We Use Your Personal Data
We process your personal data for the following purposes, all of which are necessary for the legitimate conduct of our training business:
- Processing and confirming training registrations.

- Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) — email marketing platform for newsletter management and subscriber tagging.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — website analytics and behaviour tracking. Data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Sheets (Google LLC) — used as our CMS and internal lead management system. Lead data submitted through our forms is stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to authorised PM Resources staff.
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and deployment infrastructure.

- Website analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics's default retention settings (up to 14 months).
