• Training registration forms: full name, email address, phone number, company name, department, job title, preferred training schedule, delivery mode preference, and HRD Corp claim interest.

• Corporate training / RFQ forms: full name, email address, phone number, company name, department, job title, number of participants, preferred training timeline, training objectives, and budget range.
• Brochure download requests: full name, email address, and company name.

• Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited (via Google Analytics).

We process your personal data for the following purposes, all of which are necessary for the legitimate conduct of our training business:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — website analytics and behaviour tracking. Data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Sheets (Google LLC) — used as our CMS and internal lead management system. Lead data submitted through our forms is stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to authorised PM Resources staff.
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and deployment infrastructure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law:

• Training registration data: retained for 7 years for audit, certification, and HRD Corp compliance purposes.
• Enquiry and contact data: retained for 2 years from the date of last interaction.
• Newsletter subscriber data: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Website analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics's default retention settings (up to 14 months).

As a data subject under the PDPA 2010, you have the following rights:
